Omnilex seeks a mid-level Account Executive in Zürich to drive growth in Switzerland through consultative sales of its AI-native legal platform.
This position is central to expanding Omnilex’s presence in the Swiss market. The company is developing an AI-native law firm solution and scaling across Europe, and this role focuses on high-trust, consultative selling within a relationship-driven legal sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process in Switzerland, starting with initial outreach and concluding with long-term licensing deals.
- Actively seek out and connect with law firms and legal departments.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers.
- Deliver customized demonstrations that accurately represent the needs of Swiss legal professionals.
- Guide prospects through intricate purchasing decisions that involve partners, associates, and IT staff.
- Address concerns regarding AI reliability, data security, and legal risks effectively.
- Transform trial periods into lasting client partnerships.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, consistent follow-ups, and strict CRM adherence.
- Provide structured feedback on market trends to product and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Background in law or at least three years of experience selling to legal organizations.
- Proven track record in selling complex, trust-sensitive products such as legal research or compliance tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on CRM management, follow-ups, and deal accuracy.
- Native proficiency in Swiss German and fluent English communication skills.
