Account Manager DACH

Perk Yokoy seeks a German-speaking Account Manager for the DACH region to manage SMB accounts, drive growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a remote-friendly environment.

The company is looking for a German-speaking professional to manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients. This position is central to maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for margin expansion, and ensuring that clients receive top-tier support and guidance on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of SMB clients and foster strategic engagement.
• Analyze client business models, spending patterns, and objectives to optimize budget management.
• Create tailored educational strategies and solutions based on specific account insights.
• Master the full range of Perk’s product offerings to advise clients effectively.
• Proactively identify recurring account issues and implement timely resolution strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, advocating for client needs and training users on new features.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Native or near-native command of the German language.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
• Prior exposure to the Travel sector or SaaS environments.
• Strong technical understanding and aptitude.
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in interpersonal collaboration.
• High-level analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• A robust background in data analysis.
