Coni & Partner AG seeks a Mid-level Analyst for Compensation & Rewards in Zürich to drive data-led HR decisions through analytics, reporting, and system expertise.
This position serves as a rewards controller, supporting strategic and operational compensation initiatives across the organization. By combining analytics, HR systems knowledge, and process optimization, the role delivers actionable insights that enhance employee experience, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. It plays a critical part in enabling data-driven human resources decisions throughout the company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employee lifecycle data, including turnover trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, and engagement levels.
- Convert complex datasets into clear management reports and market benchmarking insights.
- Assist in preparing reward proposals and supporting related HR, Payroll, and Finance projects with timely data.
- Monitor key workforce metrics to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support the implementation of AI tools and automation within HR processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support ad hoc projects and organizational improvement initiatives in compliance with internal policies and corporate governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Human Resources.
- Knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations.
- Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or related field.
- Experience with people analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting.
- Knowledge of compensation structures and total rewards programs.
- Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet the needs of internal customers.
- Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize activities.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel (required) with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, etc..
