Avaloq Test Manager

Avaloq seeks a Mid-Senior Test Manager in Zürich to lead test campaigns, manage SIT/UAT processes, and drive test automation within an agile, hybrid team environment.

The company is looking for an experienced professional to join its international group as a Test Manager. This position demands strong self-organization and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer test campaigns, taking charge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and serving as the primary liaison for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct SIT tests and assist other testers in resolving identified issues.
• Generate and deliver test reports for both client stakeholders and internal management.
• Track defect submissions and coordinate with development teams to address them.
• Enhance current processes by designing a comprehensive and sustainable testing strategy.
• Define and plan requirements for test automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing tests within agile development frameworks.
• Solid skills in structuring work, negotiation, problem-solving, and technical aptitude.
• Background in banking sector and familiarity with Avaloq technologies.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
