Business Consultant - Compliance & RegTech (f/m/d)

IMTF seeks a Mid-level Business Consultant for Compliance & RegTech in Zürich. The role advises financial institutions on implementing AML/KYC solutions using the SironOne platform, blending regulatory expertise with technical configuration.

The company builds RegTech tools focused on AML, KYC, and fraud prevention. This position acts as a bridge between clients and technology, guiding financial institutions through the full implementation of compliance solutions while reducing manual work via data science.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable advisor for banks and other financial entities, supporting them from start to finish in deploying compliance tools.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to gather detailed regulatory and operational needs, then convert these into precise technical specifications.
• Configure the SironOne platform by setting up business rules, workflows, reports, and data logic to fit specific project demands.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring client teams can independently manage the system after deployment.
• Work with internal Product Management and Pre-Sales teams to ensure project delivery aligns with the overall product roadmap and incorporates field feedback.

Requirements

• University degree in business, economics, finance, law, or business informatics.
• Typically five or more years of experience in compliance, consulting, banking, or the RegTech sector.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a strong interest in automating compliance workflows.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
• Readiness to travel approximately 30% of the time, primarily across Europe.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
• Holding a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification.
