CEO, Management Labor

Wirz & Partners Management Consulting AG seeks a senior CEO for its Management Labor division in Zug, Switzerland. The role requires leadership in regulated markets like pharmaceuticals and medtech, with focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and team development.

This leadership role is designed for an experienced professional with a background in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, or hospital environments. The candidate will steer organizational growth, drive strategic and operational development, and lead a team with a focus on quality, customer focus, and regulatory excellence. The position demands hands-on management of SME-like structures, clear communication, and empathetic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans, expand the service portfolio, and position the business within regulated markets.
• Manage customer relationships, acquire new clients, and explore new market segments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing growing organizations, preferably in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or medtech sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP and Swissmedic.
• Empathetic and decisive leadership style with clear vision and intuition, guiding teams in an integrative and forward-thinking way.
• Ability to motivate employees, organize processes, and build lasting customer relationships.
• University or technical college degree in life sciences, with demonstrated success in business administration and management.
• Native proficiency in German.

Nice to have

• Advanced English skills (C1/C2 level).
• French language skills.
