Badrutts Palace Hotel St. Moritz seeks a Chef de Partie for a seasonal role in its luxury kitchen team, focusing on high-quality dish preparation and team collaboration.

This seasonal position places you within the kitchen brigade of a prestigious luxury hotel. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes of high quality within your designated kitchen section.
• Ensure consistent product quality by carefully selecting, preparing, and handling fresh ingredients.
• Contribute creative ideas to support the development of seasonal menus and enhance the overall culinary offering.
• Uphold strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Manage your section efficiently, ensuring excellent organization, attention to detail, and quality.

Requirements

• Completed professional training as a Chef or an equivalent culinary qualification.
• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Solid understanding of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Good command of Italian and English.
