This seasonal position places you within the kitchen brigade of a prestigious luxury hotel. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes of high quality within your designated kitchen section.
- Ensure consistent product quality by carefully selecting, preparing, and handling fresh ingredients.
- Contribute creative ideas to support the development of seasonal menus and enhance the overall culinary offering.
- Uphold strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Manage your section efficiently, ensuring excellent organization, attention to detail, and quality.
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a Chef or an equivalent culinary qualification.
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
- Solid understanding of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
- Good command of Italian and English.
