The company seeks a Junior Commis de Rang to support luxury dining operations at a high-altitude mountain location, ensuring exceptional service and hygiene standards.

This position is part of the Luxury Kulm Group, where the employee will contribute to the company's success by delivering an inspiring and distinctive guest experience at a luxury mountain travel destination situated 1,800 meters above sea level.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with detailed information about the food and beverage menu to enhance their dining experience.
• Clear tables and serve dishes to maintain an exceptional culinary atmosphere.
• Carry out preparation and cleanup tasks before and after service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness by adhering to the highest hygiene protocols.
• Operate and clean high-quality machinery and equipment with care.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training in hotel or restaurant management.
• Previous professional experience in high-end hospitality service.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• A well-groomed appearance and excellent interpersonal manners.
