Consultant – Intelligent Information Management

Elca Informatik AG seeks a Senior Consultant for Intelligent Information Management in Pully, CH. The role focuses on Information Governance, combining data strategy, compliance, and AI to shape enterprise frameworks and drive business growth.

This position sits within ELCA's Intelligent Information Management practice, concentrating on Information Governance at the crossroads of data strategy, regulatory compliance, and artificial intelligence. The consultant will play a pivotal role in defining the future of governance structures, directly influencing how large enterprise organizations manage their information assets.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy comprehensive Information Governance frameworks, covering policies, lifecycle management, classification, retention, and compliance for major enterprise clients.
• Manage complex consulting projects from start to finish, including problem framing, hypothesis-driven analysis, and defining target operating models.
• Take ownership of the Information Governance offering within the IIM practice, developing go-to-market strategies, leading pre-sales efforts, and building the sales pipeline.
• Advise senior stakeholders, facilitate governance workshops, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing practice.
• Drive thought leadership on regulatory trends, ECM platforms, and GenAI governance implications.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of consulting experience, with proven hands-on expertise in Information Governance.
• Track record in shaping engagements, driving business development, and engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Experience designing governance frameworks: policies, data/document lifecycle, compliance, GDPR, records management.
• Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive buy-in on complex governance strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECM/Content Services platforms (OpenText, SharePoint, Hyland…) is a strong plus.
