As Consumer Electronics Solution Owner at Neuralconcept, you will lead the development of industry-specific workflows that integrate design, simulation, and machine learning to accelerate product development. You will collaborate with key customers to understand their engineering challenges and translate them into production-ready solutions, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, industry-specific solutions for the consumer electronics market.
• Gain deep insight into customer requirements and communicate clear value propositions.
• Track customer projects in your vertical to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients, validate proposed solutions, and expand product scope to cover more of the design process.
• Lead and actively contribute to a small cross-functional team of CAD/CAE/ML engineers, guiding projects from prototype to production.
• Align your vertical initiatives with the company’s overall strategy and feed industry insights back into the global roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Proven experience in designing, simulating, and validating electronic devices, with expertise in mechanical and thermal reliability—such as drop and impact resistance, thermal management of chips and batteries, vibration, and environmental durability.
• Strong knowledge of engineering workflows and tools used in CAD, CAE, and PLM environments for consumer electronics (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS Mechanical, Simcenter Flotherm, Icepak, Abaqus, Teamcenter), including drop and vibration analysis, thermal management, structural integrity, fatigue, and environmental durability.
• Hands-on ability to prototype using CAD/CAE/ML scripting; Python proficiency is required.
• Experience with full engineering design cycles: from requirements and concept to modeling, simulation, validation, and release.
• Familiarity with data-driven engineering approaches.
• Practical problem-solving mindset focused on real impact, open to innovative thinking and unconventional engineering approaches.
• Strong customer discovery skills and empathy to understand client needs.
