Liebherr in Bulle, CH seeks a Customer Claim Manager to handle warranty claims and technical communications for diesel and hydraulic products. Hybrid role requiring strong German, English, and French skills.
This position acts as the primary liaison for both internal sister plants and external clients concerning diesel engines and hydraulic equipment. The core purpose is to manage the end-to-end process of complaints and warranty claims, ensuring technical issues are resolved and documented effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding diesel and hydraulic product issues.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer complaints and warranty claims.
- Draft and submit 8D reports to clients to document problem-solving steps.
- Conduct statistical evaluations of field data to analyze product performance across various construction machinery applications.
- Validate technical statements for clients and generate reports detailing product failure patterns.
- Coordinate and track modification and retrofit activities performed at customer locations.
- Facilitate regular meetings with sister plants and external clients to discuss product matters.
Requirements
- A completed degree in commercial or technical studies, supplemented by further training as a technician or engineer in mechanics or business administration.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent proficiency in German.
- Very good command of English and/or French.
- Advanced expertise in MS Office applications.
- Practical familiarity with ERP systems.
