Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation

PwC seeks a Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation in Zürich to lead global delivery teams, drive growth in Manufacturing, Pharma, and Industrial sectors, and manage complex security transformation programs.

The company is looking for a Director to lead a global delivery team and address complex cybersecurity challenges from strategy through execution. This role supports the expansion of the cybersecurity practice within the Manufacturing, Pharma, and Industrial Products industries, helping clients navigate IT-OT convergence and build competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and develop value propositions to expand the cybersecurity business.
• Find ways to scale efficiencies and introduce new working methods across various projects.
• Lead and execute large-scale transformation programs that address client security challenges.
• Manage global Supply Chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services transformation initiatives.
• Advise clients on defining Target Operating Models to handle IT-OT convergence.
• Assemble and grow a high-performing team to sustain business expansion.
• Foster an environment where people and technology collaborate effectively.
• Develop strategic client relationships to deliver optimal outcomes for stakeholders.
• Facilitate long-term partnerships that create value for both the firm and clients.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven track record in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Experience building strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity functions (OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multi-cultural settings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or GICSP are beneficial.
