AurigaVision AG seeks a Director of Medical Affairs – Oncology in Zug, CH, to lead global medical strategy, oversee MSL teams, and engage with key opinion leaders in oncology.
The company is looking for a senior leader to direct the global medical affairs strategy for its oncology portfolio. In this role, the individual will act as the primary medical voice within cross-functional leadership teams, ensuring scientific excellence and strategic alignment across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Establish and direct the worldwide medical affairs strategy for oncology products.
- Manage the Medical Science Liaison team and coordinate medical education initiatives in priority regions.
- Design and implement real-world evidence studies and disease registries.
- Represent the medical function in cross-functional leadership groups.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with prominent oncology key opinion leaders globally.
Requirements
- MD or MD/PhD with board certification in oncology or hematology preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in medical affairs, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep scientific expertise in solid tumors or hematologic malignancies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute global medical strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
