Dravet CMI Lead, Global CE&O

Biogen seeks a Manager to lead Customer & Market Insights for Dravet within its Global CE&O team, based in Baar, Switzerland. The role drives strategic decisions through advanced market research and analytics.

This position serves as the central hub for Customer and Market Insights (CMI) within the Global CE&O team, specifically focused on the Dravet priority drug candidate. The incumbent will integrate qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic and operational choices across key assets, acting as the primary interface between commercial, medical, and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct primary market research involving healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients.
• Synthesize diverse data streams to create cohesive insight narratives and actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
• Manage country-level analytics to support the development of global strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for CMI matters across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Patient & Patient Advocacy Group (PAG), and regional teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to support asset lifecycle management and strategy.
• Create scenario plans and assist with forecasting activities to guide business decisions.
• Supervise fieldwork execution and translate research outcomes into practical implications for go-to-market models and field force structuring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least ten years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Proven track record in leading performance analysis, dashboard creation, forecasting, and generating insights for senior audiences.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to develop business cases and perform scenario modeling.
• Experience working effectively in complex, international, and cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated executive presence and strong influencing capabilities.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Prior experience working with ICOEs, franchise teams, or brand teams.
• Deep understanding of modern CE&O capabilities.
• Additional languages.
