Engineering Project Manager – Capex

CTC Resourcing Solutions AG seeks a Senior Engineering Project Manager for on-site CapEx projects in the Fill/Finish sector within Switzerland. The role requires strong leadership, engineering expertise, and fluency in German and English.

The company is looking for an experienced professional to lead local capital expenditure initiatives in the Fill/Finish area. This position covers the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial feasibility studies through to detailed planning, execution, and final qualification or validation phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local CapEx projects in the Fill/Finish domain, guiding them from feasibility through planning, execution, and qualification/validation.
• Handle contract management and financial controlling for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Hold a valid work/residency permit for Switzerland or possess Swiss/EU citizenship.
• Possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Dipl. Ing., or equivalent degree in mechanical, electrical, process, or chemical engineering.
• Demonstrate leadership experience suitable for managing the relevant department.
• Have at least five years of successful project management and leadership experience on complex, mid-sized CapEx projects within the chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Show proven skills in project management, including contract management and controlling.
• Display experience and knowledge in chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical process and infrastructure engineering.
• Be familiar with cGxP standards and qualification processes.
• Be fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
