Enterprise AI Application Developer

Inisde IT seeks a Senior Enterprise AI Application Developer in Zürich to build scalable Agentic AI platforms and autonomous systems using native-AI technologies.

This position focuses on developing the next generation of cognitive enterprise technology. The successful candidate will join an international team to create measurable and scalable AI productivity solutions, working at the forefront of native-AI innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct agents and multi-agent networks for enterprise applications.
• Implement the 'Prompt-over-Code' approach, where prompts drive processes and function calls handle execution.
• Develop applications with a strong focus on scalability.
• Create advanced autonomous technologies within the agentic domain.
• Utilize non-linear process functionalities to enhance system performance.
• Maximize output by leveraging tools such as OpenAI and Weaviant.
• Engage in model development, genetic computing, and synaptic agent connections.
• Expand knowledge in neuroscience and neurolinguistics to improve communication with Large Language Models.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Agentic-AI, including LLMs and GPT-x APIs.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, specifically Weaviate.
• Proficiency in Python or ColdFusion programming.
• Background in model fine-tuning and OpenAI Embeddings.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.
• Active professional network on LinkedIn for industry exchange.
