Executive Assistant to COO & CFO (100%)

The company seeks an Executive Assistant to support the COO and CFO in Schaffhausen on a 50/50 basis, ensuring smooth daily operations and serving as a central contact point.

This position supports the COO and CFO in Schaffhausen equally, playing a key role in daily operations and acting as a central contact point within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules and coordinate appointments at C-Level and with the Richemont Group.
  • Prepare meetings, take minutes, and provide organizational and administrative support for the COO and CFO.
  • Plan all travel, process visa formalities, and handle expense reports.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events, team events, workshops, and internal and external visits.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, strategy documents, analyses, and reports.
  • Create Intranet articles for the department and draft communications.
  • Act as a DocuSign Administrator.
  • Participate in projects and serve as a point of contact for various team questions.

Requirements

  • Commercial education and further training as a Management Assistant with a Swiss Federal Diploma (eidg. FA).
  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Profound user knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and a general affinity for digital programs.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Further training in Digital Office Management or similar.
  • Fluency in French.
