The company seeks a part-time Executive Assistant to support the CMO in Schaffhausen, handling complex scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative tasks for the Marketing & Communications department.
This position provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer based in Schaffhausen. The role is central to maintaining smooth daily operations within the Marketing Department, ensuring the executive can focus on strategic priorities while the assistant manages logistical and organizational demands.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic and flexible calendar, including scheduling appointments and preparing for or following up on meetings.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including handling visa applications and other formalities.
- Track the travel schedules and holidays of the core Marketing & Communications team.
- Plan and organize workshops and internal events.
- Write and edit intranet articles for the department and create or refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with internal support teams at IWC and the Richemont Group, and coordinate closely with the Implementation Manager and country offices.
- Manage office supplies for the CMO's office.
- Provide on-site support during the Watches & Wonders trade fair in Geneva.
- Anticipate and handle various organizational and administrative tasks to relieve the CMO.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail, alongside excellent communication abilities.
- Possess several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a creative and fast-paced setting.
- Hold commercial training and a federal certificate as an Executive Assistant, or equivalent training in digital office management.
- Be fluent in both German and English for business purposes.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
Nice to have
- Additional training in digital office management or related fields.
- Proficiency in French.
