Deepjudge, a founder-led AI company and Switzerland’s top AI scaleup, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its leadership team. This role acts as a force multiplier behind the company’s executive leadership, ensuring smooth operations and high-level coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the CEO’s and C-Level team’s calendars and email, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication flow.
- Manage administrative tasks such as travel planning, logistics, and operational workflows.
- Handle company correspondence and requests from internal teams, including interactions with external partners and authorities.
- Organize team events and oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a deep-tech startup or fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly trustworthy, meticulous, and dependable, with sound judgment in confidential and complex situations.
- Preference for on-site work at the Zurich headquarters.
