Zühlke Group seeks an Experienced Low-Code Engineer (Mendix) in Schlieren, CH. The role involves designing and developing Mendix applications independently, collaborating with clients, and contributing to global transformation projects.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Mendix modules and solutions, from initial requirements gathering through to final deployment.
- Partner with clients to grasp their specific domain needs and convert intricate business challenges into reliable, low-code applications.
- Make independent technical choices regarding data structures, integration methods, security protocols, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on large-scale solution designs, offering your technical insights.
- Provide constructive feedback on junior team members' work and actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Keep abreast of the latest Mendix developments and contribute new insights to the team through internal initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on building and delivering Mendix applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire development lifecycle independently, without needing constant supervision.
- Strong understanding of Mendix core features, including data modeling, Microflows, Nanoflows, integrations (REST/OData/SOAP), security, and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent analytical abilities to deconstruct complex issues, evaluate trade-offs, and make practical decisions.
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Java or React for creating custom Java actions and pluggable widgets.
- Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Developer certification.
