Requirements

• Senior-level expertise as a Customer Experience trainer.
• Extensive background in the automotive sector, preferably within premium or luxury segments, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated history of successful training delivery and workshop facilitation.
• Confidence in interacting with managers and high-level stakeholders.
• Skill in delivering dynamic, interactive training formats beyond standard presentations.
• Fluency in the local market language and a solid command of English.
