Group Charter Advisor

LunaJets seeks a Group Charter Advisor in Geneva to grow its new department by managing client portfolios and coordinating private flight services for various groups.

As part of LunaJets' expanding Group Charter division, this position focuses on developing the brand within the private aviation sector. The advisor will target diverse groups such as sports teams, corporate clients, and music tours, ensuring high-quality service and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio through proactive outreach and cold calling.
• Identify, negotiate, and propose optimal flight solutions for customers.
• Foster lasting relationships with both clients and flight operators.
• Ensure exceptional bespoke service throughout the entire journey, including pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight stages.
• Oversee daily flight operations, including monitoring schedules outside standard office hours.
• Supervise airport check-in procedures and personally greet clients upon arrival.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong motivation to succeed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma, ideally in business, aviation, hospitality, or real estate.
• Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong client focus combined with a high sense of personal responsibility.
• Proactive self-starter who collaborates well within a team and thinks creatively.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to perform under pressure.

Nice to have

• Native-level proficiency in a second language such as French, German, Russian, Italian, or Spanish.
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector.
