Flyability seeks a Head of Product Management in Paudex, CH, to lead a 6-person team and drive product strategy execution. The role requires 7+ years in B2B deep-tech product management, 3+ years of people leadership, and proficiency in English, with hybrid work and up to 25% travel.
The Head of Product Management is responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing product management team while ensuring the successful execution of Flyability’s product strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Product Officer, the role leads a 6-person team to turn the company’s product vision into reality, fostering a culture of customer empathy, rapid testing, and evidence-based decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Set the standard for product management excellence by focusing on deep user understanding, continuous discovery, data-driven decisions, and translating insights into outcome-focused requirements.
- Lead and develop the product management team and UI/UX designers, including career pathing, hiring, performance management, and cultivating a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
- Own the commercial success of products by staying close to customers and internal teams, leveraging technological strengths and industry trends, and remaining hands-on through field testing or direct product management.
- Coordinate product efforts across the company, aligning Product with Development and commercial teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in disruptive deep-tech B2B products with hardware and software integration.
- 3+ years of direct people management, with proven ability to lead, inspire, recruit, coach, and make personnel decisions.
- Self-motivated, optimistic, and action-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
- Fluent English proficiency for effective communication with global teams and customers.

- Knowledge of French is beneficial but not required.
