Responsibilities

  • Help prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Carry out variance analysis to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic goals.
  • Review financial performance and deliver insights to senior leaders.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Work with different teams to collect data and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Use Pigment for financial planning, reporting, and visualizing data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions.
  • Experience using Pigment or similar financial planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills.
