Responsibilities
- Help prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Carry out variance analysis to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic goals.
- Review financial performance and deliver insights to senior leaders.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Work with different teams to collect data and ensure financial accuracy.
- Use Pigment for financial planning, reporting, and visualizing data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions.
- Experience using Pigment or similar financial planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
