Junior HR Business Partner (H/F/X)

Michael Page seeks a Junior HR Business Partner in Lausanne to support managers and employees within a multicultural, international environment. The role combines generalist duties with strategic project involvement.

This position serves as a versatile HR Generalist role within a highly respected international organization. Responsibilities

• Offer daily guidance to managers regarding personnel issues.
• Advise staff throughout their tenure and address HR inquiries.
• Work with HR Centers of Expertise and internal teams to deliver services.
• Manage employee lifecycle tasks and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist with annual processes such as salary reviews, performance evaluations, and talent development.
• Draft salary proposals for new hires according to internal standards.
• Take part in recruitment efforts as needed.
• Engage in cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards for HR operations and documentation accuracy.
• Establish trusted relationships with staff and promote best HR practices.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role within a large, complex organization.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
