Manager: CRM Advisory (BSI) Financial Services

Synpulse seeks a Manager for CRM Advisory in Financial Services based in Zürich. The role focuses on leading CRM transformation projects and advising clients on strategy and platform implementation.

The company is a global management and technology consultancy with Swiss roots that supports financial institutions. This position involves guiding clients through CRM strategy, operating model design, and platform implementation. The successful candidate will lead CRM transformation projects from the initial concept phase through to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding CRM strategy, operating models, and the implementation of platforms such as Salesforce or BSI.
• Oversee CRM transformation initiatives, managing the entire lifecycle from conception to final deployment.
• Serve as the project or sub-project lead, taking ownership of team management, schedule adherence, and client relationships.
• Identify client requirements and contribute to business development efforts, including the creation of proposals.
• Work closely with technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Support internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university or university of applied sciences.
• Demonstrate strong project experience in CRM transformations within the financial services sector, with a preference for insurance industry background.
• Possess deep expertise in Salesforce and/or BSI CRM solutions.
• Have a solid understanding of insurance processes and customer engagement models.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Exhibit a structured, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with clear leadership potential.

Nice to have

• Hold Salesforce and/or BSI CRM certifications.
• Have knowledge of CRM or CLM systems within the banking sector.
