Datwyler seeks a Manager for CRM Strategy and Governance in Altdorf UR to lead global CRM strategy, governance, and marketing automation improvements across divisions.
This position is responsible for developing, aligning, and refining the worldwide CRM and Marketing Automation strategy. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, align, and continuously enhance the global CRM and Marketing Automation strategy.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess and select potential CRM platform upgrades.
- Establish and maintain global CRM governance frameworks.
- Generate and deliver ongoing CRM performance reports.
- Act as the subject matter expert on CRM, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- University degree or HES diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation implementation and management.
- Proficiency in SAP and HubSpot.
- Experience working in global and regional contexts, specifically APAC and EU.
- Background in both client-side and consultancy CRM roles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- MBA qualification.
- Prior experience in B2B environments.
- Certifications in AI, agility, digital transformation, or CRM platforms.
- Additional language skills in German or Mandarin.
