PwC in Zürich seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to lead technology strategy and transformation consulting projects, guiding clients through digital change and strategic planning.
This position sits within a team of 40 Management and Technology Consultants across Switzerland, serving as the core of PwC's technology consulting practice. The group works closely with the global PwC network to deliver services to clients both locally and internationally, helping them navigate complexity and gain a competitive edge through technology and strategic transformation.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage technology strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across multiple sectors.
- Partner with executive leadership to design digital strategies and viable business models.
- Create innovative, high-quality solutions for client challenges in technology strategy, organizational design, operating models, and assessments.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory service line and support business development efforts.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
- Collaborate within an international network and engage in continuous learning through regular feedback and training.
Requirements
- A degree in a scientific, technical, or economic field (such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or economics) combined with 6 to 9 years of experience leading or supporting strategic technology or transformation projects.
- Strong methodological and technical skills, preferably gained through consulting experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with established frameworks and methodologies, including TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE, and SCRUM.
- Ability to rapidly understand complex situations and apply solution-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking.
- A proactive attitude toward expanding the team's service offerings and contributing to its development.
- Prior experience in leadership or coaching roles is advantageous.
