This position serves as a key leader within PwC’s technology consulting practice in Switzerland, acting as a bridge to the firm’s global network. The role focuses on delivering high-impact digital strategies and transformation projects for clients both locally and internationally, while fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage technology strategy and transformation engagements across multiple sectors.
- Partner with C-level executives to design digital roadmaps and viable business models.
- Create innovative solutions covering technology strategy, organizational structure, operating models, and performance assessments.
- Expand the service portfolio and drive business development by securing new projects and clients.
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, or economics.
- Between 6 and 9 years of experience leading or supporting strategic technology or transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency with frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE, and SCRUM.
- The ability to rapidly understand complex situations and apply entrepreneurial, solution-focused thinking.
