Maximo Solution Architect

Arcondis AG seeks a Senior Maximo Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) for healthcare and life science clients across various deployment models.

The company is looking for an experienced architect to drive the end-to-end solution design for IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9). This role involves translating operational requirements into robust technical roadmaps and serving as the main technical liaison during the design phase, ensuring that business needs are met through effective architecture and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct the architectural design and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) in on-premise, SaaS, and hybrid setups.
• Convert business and operational objectives into comprehensive solution designs and strategic architectural plans.
• Serve as the lead technical expert during design stages, facilitating workshops and architecture reviews with key stakeholders.
• Architect and manage integrations via the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Provide technical governance to delivery teams, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and advise clients on leveraging Maximo features for digital transformation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background as a Solution or Maximo Architect on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Extensive practical knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9), including Manage, Monitor, Health, Mobile, and Predict modules.
• Proficient in the Maximo Integration Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong SQL capabilities with hands-on experience using DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server databases.
• Ability to write Maximo Automation Scripts using Python and/or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Prior consulting experience, particularly within complex, regulated, or multi-stakeholder environments.
