Responsibilities
- Manage complex machinery and adjust operational parameters to enhance both productivity and product quality.
- Execute trials for new products and devise strategies to resolve intricate inefficiencies.
- Perform routine operational tasks using established protocols and systems to support daily activities.
- Assist in the installation of sophisticated systems and conduct equipment inspections with supervision.
- Diagnose equipment faults for emergency repairs and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Carry out detailed quality tests and inspections that demand a high degree of independent judgment.
- Adhere strictly to HS&E policies to identify risks, mitigate hazards, and protect environmental and personal safety.
Requirements
- Secondary education level, equivalent to five GCSEs.
- Familiarity with and experience in straightforward operational procedures or systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills capable of functioning without direct supervision.
- Competence in implementing safe work systems independently.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet business goals with guidance.
