Payments Implementation Manager

Revolution Digital Services AG seeks a Payments Implementation Manager to lead payment network integrations and optimize operational systems in a remote role based in Switzerland.

This position sits within the Operations team, which is dedicated to solving complex problems at scale and designing efficient systems that support global expansion. The role focuses on high-impact payment initiatives, aiming to streamline processes, resolve technical challenges, and improve outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete integration and rollout of new payment networks, schemes, and product rails for specific regions.
• Create, scope, and verify detailed business requirement documents to guarantee seamless technical integration.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external partners, central banks, and payment scheme operators.
• Develop and analyze live performance dashboards using SQL to track transaction patterns and system behavior.
• Take functional responsibility for system stability by investigating logs and resolving intricate routing or payment errors.
• Implement strong operational controls, monitor key metrics, and notify leadership of any regulatory or service level deviations.
• Create standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and repeatable frameworks for local operations.

Requirements

• At least four years of professional experience in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management.
• Familiarity with payment standards, messaging protocols, and card processing workflows.
• Proven track record of managing complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders or leading full product market launches and migrations.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
• Capacity to conduct deep-dive analyses using existing knowledge bases and analytical tools.
• Independence in designing and implementing processes from the ground up, including setting up reports and adhering to service indicators.

• Prior experience working within the fintech or banking sectors.
• Background in launching new banking products.
