This short-term assignment involves delivering refined, home-style yet elevated cuisine for a high-level client. The chef will work alongside another chef to serve 6 to 20 guests, requiring discretion, adaptability, and experience in private households with UHNW standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the principals alongside another chef, serving 6 to 20 guests.
• Plan menus that align with the family's preferences and dietary needs.
• Manage kitchen organization and maintain hygiene standards.
• Source groceries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Remain flexible to accommodate special requests and festive events.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a private chef in UHNW households.
• Strong background in gastronomic cuisine.
• Ability to adapt to refined yet family-style service.
• Experience cooking for individuals with specific dietary needs.
• Mandatory English language proficiency.
