Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end publisher payments product, ensuring global accuracy and trust.
- Prioritize and execute product initiatives that enhance the overall payment experience.
- Analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify pain points and define clear product outcomes.
- Expand global payment capabilities to support various countries, currencies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct discovery sessions to validate assumptions and ensure solutions address real customer problems.
- Leverage analytics and business context to measure impact and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to align on priorities.
- Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Engineering to deliver solutions that meet regulatory and operational standards.
Requirements
- At least three years of product management experience, ideally within a SaaS context.
- Track record of launching, scaling, and improving products that deliver business and customer value.
- Strong product mindset with expertise in identifying problems, defining outcomes, and prioritizing opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across technical and business teams.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on understanding user needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
