Project Manager [Geneva/ Lausanne/ Zürich]

Taurus SA seeks a Project Manager to lead high-impact digital asset and financial projects across Geneva, Lausanne, or Zürich. The role bridges business, technology, and crypto infrastructure.

This position belongs to the Project & Organization team and operates at the crossroads of traditional finance, technology, and digital assets. The incumbent will manage strategic, cross-functional initiatives and oversee platform implementations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for clients, including the design of operating models and the setup of custody or tokenization platforms.
• Execute cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee, coordinating with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales departments.
• Generate source-of-funds analyses, perform wallet screening, and compile crypto due diligence reports utilizing blockchain intelligence tools.
• Assist with sales RFPs and RFIs, while supporting ad-hoc commercial or operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Two to five years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within financial services or fintech.
• Strong grasp of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the wider digital asset ecosystem.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Availability to travel to client sites when necessary.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond French and English.
