Project Manager ICOE - Alzheimer Disease (12 Month Contract)

Biogen (Switzerland) seeks a Project Manager for the International Center of Excellence for Alzheimer Disease in Baar, CH. This 12-month full-time role focuses on coordinating international deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.

This position supports the International Center of Excellence for Alzheimer Disease by organizing and coordinating key deliverables across international markets. The role ensures successful task execution through close alignment with team members and cross-functional groups, contributing to the advancement of Alzheimer Disease goals and the enhancement of business structure.

Responsibilities

• Define the project vision and outline objectives to initiate team and cross-functional activities.
• Work with stakeholders to determine needs, required materials, and budget constraints.
• Build the cross-functional team, delegate tasks, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor daily task completion and ensure proper implementation of processes.
• Coordinate the quarterly alliance governance cycle and prepare for key meetings.
• Collaborate with Alliance Management and external partners to maintain compliant documentation.
• Organize annual commercialization planning and budgeting processes for international markets.
• Track financial execution of major projects and analyze performance trends.
• Take ownership of specific product-related activities and assist in content development.
• Leverage modern digital tools to optimize workload and implement AI solutions.

Requirements

• Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrate proven project management capabilities.
• Possess cross-functional expertise.
• Understand pharmaceutical commercialization, market dynamics, and commercial knowledge.
• Show resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics.
• Exhibit a strong driver mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern digital tools, particularly Microsoft products.
• Expertise in Excel.
• Background in product management or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills for providing project updates.
• Familiarity with AI implementation in project management.
