Project Manager/RTE &Scrum Master - AI-Driven Clinical Data Management (m/f/d)

Coopers Group AG seeks a Senior Project Manager/RTE and Scrum Master in Kaiseraugst to lead agile delivery for AI-driven clinical data management projects within a GxP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery planning for several agile teams, guiding products from the minimum viable product stage through later releases.
• Oversee cross-team dependencies, identify risks, and resolve blockers to maintain steady delivery progress.
• Manage release coordination, aligning Development, QA, and Operations teams for successful launches.
• Maintain structured processes for scope definition and requirements management.
• Provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding program progress.
• Facilitate core Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, across multiple teams.
• Eliminate impediments and shield teams from external distractions to preserve focus.
• Coach teams on agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist Product Owners in refining backlogs and defining user stories.
• Monitor and report on key agile metrics such as velocity, burndown rates, and active blockers.
• Align efforts and collaboration across various delivery teams to ensure cohesive progress.
• Lead Scrum of Scrums sessions and manage complex dependency coordination.

Requirements

• At least seven years of project management experience within software delivery contexts.
• Minimum three years managing programs involving multiple parallel teams.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master facilitating agile teams.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector with a solid understanding of GxP regulations.
• Practical experience configuring and managing projects in Jira.
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Experience leading distributed hybrid teams operating across different time zones.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience using Xray for test management.
