Public Affairs Manager – Health Policy

AurigaVision AG seeks a Public Affairs Manager – Health Policy in Zürich for a full-time hybrid role. The position focuses on monitoring Swiss health policy, developing advocacy strategies, and representing the company in industry bodies.

This position is responsible for tracking and interpreting health policy changes across federal and cantonal levels in Switzerland. The role involves crafting advocacy strategies and position papers on pharmaceutical policy matters, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as parliamentarians, health authorities, and industry associations. Additionally, the role requires representing the company in organizations like scienceindustries and Interpharma, and coordinating with Global Public Affairs to ensure international policy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Track and interpret health policy changes at both federal and cantonal levels.
• Create advocacy strategies and position papers addressing pharmaceutical policy topics.
• Establish and nurture connections with parliamentarians, health authorities, and industry associations.
• Act as the company's representative in scienceindustries, Interpharma, and similar industry groups.
• Collaborate with Global Public Affairs to align on international policy matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Political Science, Law, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in public affairs or government relations within the healthcare sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss health policy, drug pricing mechanisms, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Strong professional network within the Swiss political and health policy environment.
• Fluency in German, French, and English.
