Rive-Reine Campus Manager

The Rive-Reine Campus Manager at Nestlé oversees the seamless integration of hospitality and learning at a unique campus in La Tour-de-Peilz, ensuring operational excellence and a high-quality experience for all guests and participants.

This position is central to bringing the vision of the Rive-Reine campus to life. The role focuses on creating a connected journey where hospitality and learning meet, ensuring the site operates smoothly through close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design a unified campus experience that blends hospitality and educational services into a single, cohesive journey for visitors.
• Establish and maintain high service standards to ensure a welcoming, consistent, and memorable environment across the site.
• Coordinate with campus teams and service providers to drive operational excellence and keep daily activities running efficiently.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a strong service culture and enhancing collaboration across multiple service areas.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and track key performance indicators to achieve sustainable operational results.
• Ensure all campus activities adhere to safety, compliance, and quality standards to protect both people and service delivery.
