This position supports the backend team responsible for the tutti.ch and anibis.ch marketplaces. Engineers operate within stream-aligned product teams following SCRUM practices, handling the full lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Golang and other strongly typed languages.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of these services.
- Lead high-impact technical decisions to drive project success.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience making high-impact technical decisions and driving project outcomes.
- Proven background in Golang and strongly typed languages, particularly in complex environments involving web services.
- A pragmatic and empathetic approach to teamwork, prioritizing understanding others.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for the work.
