CSL Behring Vifor seeks a Junior Senior Laboratory Specialist in Tech Ops (EMEA, CH) to support R&D, ensure clinical safety standards, and manage technical documentation for new medicines.
This position supports the development of innovative treatments for unmet medical needs by ensuring products meet rigorous clinical safety standards. The specialist manages research information systems and technical documentation while assisting in the coordination of local and global R&D activities under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Leverage technology platform capabilities to help achieve project goals.
- Coordinate local and global research and development activities with guidance.
- Collaborate with other CSL sites and external partners under supervision.
- Apply foundational scientific knowledge to support laboratory tasks and project execution.
- Resolve routine problems and contribute to discussions on complex issues with senior team support.
- Communicate effectively within the team, sharing relevant information and adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or related field).
- Up to 2 years of laboratory or research experience, including internships or academic lab work.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
