(Senior) Manager - SAP Consulting

Deloitte AG in Zürich seeks a (Senior) Manager for SAP Consulting, focusing on business-driven SAP transformations. The role involves managing complex client engagements, SAP configurations, and hybrid work with wellbeing and parental support.

Deloitte SAP consultants support clients in evaluating, developing, and implementing SAP systems to drive operational improvements. The role centers on delivering transformation programs that combine process design, technology, and people solutions, often in partnership with global technology providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full sales cycles and RFP processes for clients with medium to high complexity
• Engage effectively with senior-level client counterparts (CxO-1 level)
• Implement SAP configurations for a specific SAP module
• Leverage recent hands-on experience with S/4HANA

Requirements

• Deep experience in SAP-driven business transformations
• Demonstrated success in configuring SAP for a specific module
• Recent practical experience with S/4HANA
• Strong communication skills in both English and German

• Background in delivery and integration management
• Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm
