Senior Product Controller (Temporary)

Partners Group seeks a Senior Product Controller for a fixed-term role within its Evergreen Product Control team, focusing on US-based Private Wealth products and Americas operations.

This position supports the Evergreen Product Control team in the Fund Operations business unit, with a specific focus on the Americas region. The primary objective is to provide oversight for private equity funds, particularly those related to US-based Private Wealth products, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validate and authorize Net Asset Values and financial statements generated by external service providers.
• Track portfolio performance and analyze NAV fluctuations through the management of financial controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain and improve firm-wide models and systems used for private markets.
• Guarantee that SEC filings and other regulatory reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with third-party partners such as auditors, fund administrators, and custodians by managing workflows and checking deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, covering areas like operations, accounting, reporting, hedging, valuations, new product onboarding, and vendor oversight.
• Promote clear communication and cooperation with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving business processes across the department.
• Plan and carry out external audit activities.
