  • Manage features from initial product requirements through to production deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.
  • Investigate and resolve deep, cross-platform operating system issues within diverse customer environments.
  • Ensure the highest standards of performance, security, reliability, and code maintainability for the agent software.

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional software development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with C++ 20 or C++ 23 standards.
  • Deep knowledge of operating system internals and architecture.
  • Hands-on background in developing and researching software at the OS level for Windows and/or macOS.
  • Track record of leading features from concept to delivery.
  • Strong grasp of writing pure, lean, and highly testable code.
  • Ability to debug and navigate through complex codebases.
  • Experience creating internal tools to streamline the development workflow.
  • Practical experience using AI agentic coding tools.
  • Product-focused mindset with adaptability in fast-paced settings.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
