- Keep transcoding services stable and maintainable by automating load tests and actively participating in code reviews.
- Protect content integrity and access compliance through security best practices, including stream encryption, API security, and anti-piracy measures.
Requirements
- Strong background in modern PHP (8+) and a solid grasp of complex architectural patterns, preferably using Laravel.
- Proven ability to design robust, high-performance, and well-documented APIs for a multi-platform ecosystem (web, desktop, mobile).
- Deep knowledge of MySQL databases and Redis caching to efficiently manage large volumes of data.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with media technologies like Icecast, FFmpeg, or Wowza.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with distributed storage systems (S3, Ceph) or complex file systems.
- Open source contributions or personal side projects.
- A collaborative mindset with positive communication skills.
