HHJ BAU GmbH seeks a Stability Coordinator in Basel for a freelance, on-site role. The position focuses on sample management, documentation, and collaboration across departments within a renowned pharmaceutical and chemical environment.
This position is dedicated to managing stability studies through precise sample retrieval, labelling, and documentation. The coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient sample storage and handling while supporting ongoing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Execute pull activities including retrieving, labelling, and documenting samples for stability studies.
- Log in and receive samples within the LIMS platform.
- Handle staging tasks such as packaging, labelling, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the LES system.
- Coordinate the storage of boxes within stability chambers, collaborating with multiple departments.
- Assist in enhancing the overall sample management workflow.
- Adhere to all cGMP regulations and lab safety instructions to ensure health and safety compliance.
Requirements
- A degree in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent on-the-job training as an analytical lab technician.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector, with a preference for backgrounds in sample management.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong planning and organisational capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and open-minded approach to work.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and tackle new or complex tasks.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
