The Store Manager will oversee the operations of a premium Bvlgari boutique located within an airport terminal. This position is dedicated to representing the brand's luxury identity while maximizing commercial performance in a dynamic travel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Participate in hiring high-performing staff and provide ongoing field coaching through observation and feedback.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs, sharing regular performance updates and results with the team.
• Create staff schedules based on business demands and remain flexible to cover shifts as needed.
• Keep the team informed about market trends and airport developments to enhance awareness.
• Identify training needs, track e-learning completion, and ensure strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Drive client acquisition efforts and encourage the team to engage prospects proactively.
• Resolve client issues promptly while adhering to brand standards.
• Foster a clienteling mindset across all interactions and track CRM-related KPIs.
• Manage daily boutique operations to meet sales and service goals.
• Spend the majority of time on the shop floor supporting advisors and understanding business dynamics.
• Oversee store maintenance, assortment follow-up, visual merchandising, and grooming standards.
• Handle stock management and ordering processes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of airport operations, news, and competitors.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and explain results.
• Propose innovative ideas and improvements to boost sales across all product categories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within high-end luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations.
• Familiarity with digital tools, particularly CRM systems, and proficiency in Excel.
• Solid knowledge of the luxury business sector.
• Extensive expertise in luxury jewelry, watches, and accessories.
• Fluency in both German and English.
