Amaris seeks a Junior Talent Acquisition Officer for a hybrid role in Switzerland. This entry-level position supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, within an international consulting environment.

This entry-level position supports the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to managing the candidate experience. The role collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to clarify hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the entire recruitment workflow, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Proactively look for candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Perform initial phone or online screenings in English.
• Keep candidate information accurate and up-to-date in the ATS and other internal systems.
• Arrange interview meetings between applicants and hiring managers.
• Help with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
