Forum Fribourg SA seeks a Talent Development Specialist for a six-month maternity cover in Geneva. The role focuses on coordinating learning initiatives, managing projects, and analyzing programme data.
This six-month maternity cover position sits within the Talent team at Forum Fribourg SA. The primary purpose is to support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives. The role emphasizes project management, content curation, digital learning, data analysis, and programme operations to ensure effective talent growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage learning and talent development projects from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to the design of learning programmes, development journeys, and supporting resources.
- Research, curate, and regularly update learning content for employees, teams, and people managers.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital learning resources across the organization’s learning platforms, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
- Coordinate with external providers to support the effective delivery of learning programmes and resources.
- Coordinate operational processes for external providers, including contracts, procurement requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Gather and analyze participation data, feedback, and other indicators to evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support the delivery of workshops, onboarding events, and other learning activities where required.
Requirements
- Experience in learning, talent development, organizational development, or instructional design.
- Strong project management and programme coordination skills.
- Experience designing and curating learning content and connecting programmes to broader capability-building priorities.
- Confidence using data and feedback to evaluate and improve programmes.
- Experience coordinating external providers and related contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with a practical and collaborative approach.
- English C2 proficiency.
- French B2 proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday, e-learning development, career or leadership development, and behavioral assessment tools.
