Learning & Development Specialist — EFG International AG

Ticino Clean Sagl seeks a Learning & Development Specialist in Lugano to manage apprenticeship and internship programs within its global private banking HR team.

This position supports an international, fast-paced HR team within a global private banking group. The specialist will oversee end-to-end apprenticeship and internship programs, ensuring high-quality onboarding and development experiences while coordinating select global learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and refine apprenticeship and internship programs.
• Oversee the full hiring cycle for apprentices in Switzerland and interns worldwide.
• Organize and lead onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
• Create reports and feedback surveys to evaluate program success and analyze data.
• Offer technical assistance for training matters and optimize the use of learning platforms.
• Coordinate specific global learning projects, handling design, rollout, communications, and logistics.

Requirements

• A university degree in human resources, organizational development, economics, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in early career talent acquisition or development within structured HR departments of international organizations.
• Fluency in English, French, and Italian.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications.
• An international mindset and prior experience working in multicultural settings.

• Experience using learning design tools such as Articulate.
